Index Copernicus

ICI World of Journals is a global database of scientific journals in which journals from all over the world can register. Its idea is to collect information about all currently operating scientific journals. Registration of the journal in the ICI World of Journals database is free.

NOTE: Registration of a journal in the ICI World of Journals database does not mean indexing the journal in the ICI Journals Master List database.

Journal's Passport

As part of the ICI World of Journals system, each editorial office obtains free access to an IT system enabling the management of a journal's Passport - a modern business card of the journal on the Internet. In Passports, in addition to information about the composition of the editorial team, publisher, online version or description, the editorial office may include information about published scientific articles (metadata and full content in PDF format).

Registration of the journal

In order to create a Journal Passport:

•  register your email address on this website: https://journals.indexcopernicus.com/app/registration/form,
•  after logging in to the system, click the "My account" button in the upper right corner,
•  click "Add new journal" button and complete the form.

Journal Representative

The journal's Passport is managed by its Representative. Any editorial or publisher employee can be assigned to each journal. One representative may have the authority to manage multiple Passports. The permissions apply to:

• communication with Index Copernicus - all notifications are sent to the registered user's e-mail address,
• updating information about the journal,
• entering articles,
• sending applications for indexation in the ICI Journals Master List database.
